Complete catalog restructuring and storefront optimization for Coffematics on Salla, managing hundreds of technical SKUs ranging from commercial espresso machines to artisanal roasted beans.

Customers struggled to navigate complex machine specifications, grind compatibilities, and replacement parts. High-ticket espresso hardware suffered from hesitation without clear warranty, specs, and bundle guidance.

Designed a clean technical product hierarchy with faceted navigation. Created standardized spec sheets for brewing hardware, implemented automatic accessory bundling (filters, tampers, descalers) on machine PDPs, and prominently highlighted warranty and local repair guarantees.
